Beliefs
Even with our impressive number of community association clients, Merit Property Management remains a small company at heart.
Through listening and responding we create an experience that is comfortable and builds a trusting connection.
While we take pride in the fact that we currently serve over 300 community associations representing more than 140,000 individual homes, we are most proud of our ability to deliver customized, responsive service to meet the unique needs of each community association we serve.
Greener Living
For more than 30 years, MERIT has been committed to providing our clients education, best management practices and expert guidance. When it comes to environmental sustainability, we are just as diligent to offer the needed tools for good decision-making. The future will bring more emphasis on green management improvements, systems and solutions – "green" will be the trend in 2011 and beyond.
Today's homeowners are concerned about protecting the environment, cost savings and responsible living. In the near future, we see the possibility that the federal government could mandate energy reductions. We know the importance of being proactively ahead of requirements.
Working together with our FirstService partners, we are exploring ways to reduce energy consumption, improve environmental sustainability and maximize cost savings for the communities we manage.

The Komen Race for the Cure Series raises funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrates breast cancer survivorship, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.
