Merit recently hosted more than 100 vendors and staff at their Palm Desert office for a vendor event. The event allowed vendors the opportunity to meet community managers and share their company's products and services. The managers were provided the opportunity to view current maintenance practices and new technologies along with one-on-one discussions with professional, certified industry experts.

Merit Celebrates the City of La Quinta's 30th BirthdayStaff attended with their families to show appreciation for the city

Thousands of people came to celebrate the City of La Quinta's 30th birthday at the annual picnic. The day was filled with food, games and entertainment celebrating La Quinta. Activities included carnival games with prizes, local businesses and non-profits that presented interactive booths and games, a bounce house, live dancing, musical performances and giveaways.

Merit's staff was at the event with their children passing out balloons, candy, snacks and cool drinks to the many families that attended.

Merit Sponsors CAI Golf TournamentStaff help to provide spa experience on the course

Merit recently sponsored a hole at the annual CAI-CV Golf Tournament at the Indian Canyons Golf Course in Palm Springs.

Golfers that stopped at Merit's 11th hole received the ultimate spa experience offered directly on the course. Our staff provided golfers with cucumbers to rest their tired eyes, massages, misting and spa water.

Over 50 attended the recent Merit-hosted reception and educational presentation on managing and living in community associations. The expert panel spoke on trends in today's housing market, building trust among management, boards and homeowners, transparency in billing, collecting and reporting as well as vendor and contract management.
