How to Advertise Your Business
There are three areas of consideration prior to being added to our vendor advertising directory: requirements, expectations and procedures.
Requirements: New vendors are required to fill out a vendor packet which includes copies of certification of licenses, W9 forms, insurance as well as a questionnaire. Vendors are required to provide answers that are true, correct and current. To request a vendor packet, please call 888 818 7696 or email vendordirectory@meritpm.com.
Expectations: Merit's expectation is that you will perform services for associations and homeowners with honesty, respect and excellence in your area of expertise.
Procedures: You must register your company online through our third party partner, Business Crediting Services (BCS). After submission and approval, vendors must agree to notify Merit immediately, via the BCS website, to change the online records for your company if there is any occurrence or condition that may affect an association's decision to engage or to continue to work with their firm. Examples include but are not limited to: changes in insurance coverage and licenses.
