This electronic system uses the Federal Reserve System's Automated Clearing House (ACH) to deduct your monthly association dues from your checking account, and ensures that your association fees are always paid on time. To sign up for this service please download, complete and mail the form below. If you have any questions regarding the automatic payment process, please email your questions to ACH@meritpm.com.
