If you are interested in accessing your account or Association information online, please request your own login ID and Password by filling out the information below. For security purposes you'll need a copy of your monthly assessment invoice from Merit Property Management in order to receive your login ID and Password. If you do not have a copy of your monthly assessment, please contact the Accounting Department at 1-800-428-5588 for your ID NUMBER and the primary last name associated with the account.

Enter your I.D. Number which is located on the upper right-hand corner of your monthly assessment invoice. Show me.

For instructions on locating your I.D. Number on your coupon book. Show me.

Important: If you are experiencing problems creating an account, please eliminate the leading zero's from the ID number.
Example: Enter ID number: 0012345 as 12345.
