Aliso Viejo, CA, August 24, 2010 — MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, promoted Nancy Ray, CCAM®, Bill Turner, CCAM® and Dan Henein, CCAM® to the new role of regional controller. The regional controller plays a key role in enhancing service and ensuring timely deliverables. They will be accountable for all financial reporting and related information for each homeowners association.

Nancy Ray, CCAM® will team with the Bay Area, Central Valley, Stockton and Greater Los Angeles regional teams as well as the Urban and Active Adult Divisions. Ray joined MERIT almost two years ago and was previously a financial services manager. Ray graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in business administration and management information systems.
Bill Turner, CCAM® will team with the Inland Empire, Palm Desert and San Diego regional teams. Turner joined MERIT five years ago and was previously a financial services manager. Turner graduated from Merrimack College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Dan Henein, CCAM® will team with the Orange County team. Henein joined MERIT over two years ago and was previously a district manager. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance.
