Los Angeles, CA, October 26, 2011 — The Beachport Village Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 180 condominium units located in Playa del Rey, CA. Merit will assist the board of directors with daily HOA property management services to the community.
