San Francisco, CA, November 29, 2011 — The 255 Berry Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 100 mid-rise condominium units in San Francisco, CA. Merit will assist the community with all its HOA property management needs.
"The board of directors was very excited that Merit is able to offer support to the current general manager and also about our proprietary software, MeritConnect, which is an innovative approach for "real time" tracking and visibility of a community's operations," states Isaiah Henry, CCAM, Merit's Business Unit Leader, San Francisco.
The community was one of Mission Bay's first residential developments and offers residents a gated garage, concierge services and a lush rooftop garden. The community is also near a public park, fronts a boardwalk and it is just steps away from AT&T Park. Merit will take over management responsibilities on December 1, 2011 and create a seamless transition for residents and board members by bringing more than 30 years of community management experience.
