Aliso Viejo, CA, August 9, 2011 — Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, announced today that five out of eleven Vision Awards from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) went to Merit managers for creative, innovative and customer service driven results in the field of property management. The Vision Award ceremony was held on July 28th, 2011 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA.
Merit's Executive Director of the Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreational Corporation, Candice Fullenkamp, received the first "Managers Choice" award (a new CACM category); Merit Community Manager, Jennifer Medja, received the "Rookie of the Year" award; Merit's Community Director at Eastlake III, Chelsey Chapman, received the "Creative Solutions Level II" (301 or more units) award; Merit's General Manager at Discovery at Cortez Hill, Karen Webb, received the "Physical Management Level I" (1-300 units) award and Merit Regional Manager, Bree Douglas, received the "Physical Management Level II" (301 or more units) award.
