Palm Desert, CA, October 24, 2011 — The Ironwood II Community Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, will now manage the 102 single-family homes in the sub-association of Ironwood located in South Palm Desert, CA. Merit will serves as the master association property management company for Ironwood and will assist the board of directors with daily HOA property management services to the sub-association.
