San Diego, CA, October 26, 2010 — The Mission Verde homeowners association has selected MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, to manage the 234-unit condominium community in San Diego's Mission Valley. MERIT will assist the board of directors with daily operations in order to provide quality property management services to the residents of Mission Verde.
