Orange County, CA, August 25, 2011 — The Newport Ridge North Maintenance Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 324 single-family homes in Newport Coast, CA. Merit will assist the board of directors with daily operations beginning September 1, 2011, providing HOA property management services for the master-planned community.
