Inland Empire, CA, November 11, 2011 — The Oasis Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 1,153 active adult single-family homes in Menifee, CA. Merit will assist the community with all its HOA property management needs.

The community offers resident's a clubhouse with a large ballroom and kitchen facility, billiard room, library, ping pong room, craft room, shuffle board, pool, over 300-acres of landscaping and paseos and is a gated community. Merit took over management responsibilities on November 1, 2011 and is creating a seamless transition for residents and board members by bringing more than 30 years of community management experience.
