Los Angeles, CA, September 28, 2010 —Pan American Lofts in downtown Los Angeles has selected MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, to manage the 41 unit residential mixed-use mid-rise community. MERIT will assist the board of directors with daily operations in order to provide professional and quality property management services to the residents of Pan American Lofts.
