Aliso Viejo, CA, July 8, 2010 — MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, promoted Daniel Henein, CCAM® to Executive Director of Orange County’s Team B. Henein oversees over 1,900 units in portfolio and master-planned communities throughout Orange County. He is responsible for MERIT’s current association community management clients and will now coordinate and manage new contracts, maintain client relations and spearhead MERIT’s continued growth. Henein supervises a staff of five including three community managers and two support staff.
Henein joined MERIT over two years ago and was previously a district manager. Henein received his designation as a Certified California Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers. He graduated from California State Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with and emphasis in finance.
