Sacramento, CA, December 9, 2009 — MERIT Property Management, a leading provider of professional community association and rental management services, promoted Elizabeth Farrell, CCAM®, to Business Unit Leader for the Sacramento Valley team. Farrell is now responsible for coordinating and supervising new contracts, maintaining client relations and supporting MERIT Property Management’s continued growth.

Farrell has been employed with MERIT for over four years and was previously District Manager for the Central Valley regional office. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts and holds the professional designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers. Farrell is dedicated to community service and participates as a volunteer for MERIT’s United Way campaign and has participated in the United Way Safety Net Funding. She currently works out of MERIT’s Folsom office and resides in Rancho Murieta.
