Playa del Rey, CA, January 24, 2012 — The Seagate Village Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 262 mid-rise condominium units in Playa del Rey, CA. Merit will assist the community with its HOA property management needs.
