Orange County, CA, January 4, 2012 — The Villa Mira Homeowners Association has selected Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, to manage 216 condominium units in Laguna Niguel, CA. Merit will assist the community with its HOA property management needs.

Merit took over management responsibilities on December 1, 2011 and created a seamless transition for residents and board members by bringing more than 30 years of community management experience.
